THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Our family has owned the house for over 100 years – it once served as the town’s historic spa facility. With two bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, and a bonus room with desk and retro arcade game, there’s space to relax or work. Enjoy the private terrace with gas grill. The home also offers a wallbox (EV charger), washer, dryer, kids’ gear, and sleds for winter fun.

Spacious non-smoking apartment (115m²) for up to 6 (max 8) guests in double beds. Important: The basic price is valid for up to 4 people, (each additional person 10,00€ per day) Bed linen and towels can be brought along, for 12€ a linen package can be booked. The guest fee is 3,00€ (pers./n.) 1,65€ (6 -17 J.) Hiking and cycling trails are located directly near the property Excellent view of the nearby pond (swimming) and the mountain meadows. The apartment is on the upper floor of a half-timbered farmhouse on a family-run equestrian center at the foot of the Harz Mountains. The complex includes a piece of forest that borders a river, several ponds and many beautiful corners. In addition, a large riding hall, a round hall and two riding arenas. If you are interested, it is possible to bring your own horses and to board them with full board. There are many beautiful hikes, lakes and other attractions in the area.
