Willkommen im Das Seenahe! Unsere freundliche Ferienwohnung bietet 55 m² und Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche, Wohnzimmer, sowie einen möblierten 14 m² Balkon vor. Ein kostenloser Autoabstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Seenahe ist eine ruhige Selbstversorger-Unterkunft – nur wenige Auto Minuten vom Grabensee entfernt und perfekt für Ihre Auszeit. Als Goodie bieten wir ein kleines Starter Frühstück an!

Das Einfamilienhaus hat 200m² Wohnfläche. Gebucht werden kann davon ein Fremdenzimmer mit Doppelbett. Auf der Südseite ist eine 40m² große Terrasse inkl. Whirlpool. Das Whirlpool ist 365Tage im Jahr beheizt und steht den Gästen zur freien Benutzung. Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und eignet sich daher hervorragend zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Es liegt in der Tourismusregion Inn-Salzach. Die Städte Salzburg und München liegen innerhalb einer Fahrstunde.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Seelentium Region (Ibmer Moor und See). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) und Braunau (25 km) sind in der Nähe erreichbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Alleinreisende.
