Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

Our cosy studio is located in a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde. The studio has all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable chairs, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days there is a fireplace. There is WiFi and you can park your car with us. And outside is your private terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Parking is available in a private courtyard located in front of the accommodation and closed via an electric gate.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
