Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

The house has municipal water/sewage, air heat pump and electric heating. There is a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully modernly equipped, including fridge/freezer and dishwasher The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate. The house has a code lock and the code is sent the same day the guest arrives.

Sjöboden, lake house by Lake Vänern

Unique maritime accommodation. Here you have the opportunity to stay in a maritime museum right next to Vänern's beach with its own patio and swimming facilities just a few meters from the property. Larger sandy beach is about 200 meters away. Fantastic views of the inlet to Kristinehamn. Boat ramp just below the house. Walking distance along Vålösundet to several restaurants and cafés. Here you live close to nature with the forest just around the corner – perfect for relaxing or as a convenient stop along the E18. The cottage is located near Fisksjön, a popular area for bird watching and walks. In the yard, there is a barbecue you can borrow for lovely evenings, and in the cabin, you have access to Wi-Fi and a smart TV for relaxing indoors. Sjöstugan

This home is for those who seek peace and quiet in scenic surroundings. You are still close to Karlskoga center with shops and restaurants 10 km away. The nearest grocery store (Stora Coop) is 6 km. You will have access to the entire property, with a total of 6 sleeping places, which consists of a cottage and a small cottage. Both are fully renovated internally during summer 2025. The cottage is located directly by the water by the lake Möckeln. There is an oar oak that can be used by you as a guest.

Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

Cozy, peaceful and easy cabin by the lake

A Peaceful, easy and cozy cabin by the Lake. A private cabin with high ceiling, a loft and nice windows with a gorgeous view with a backyard lake. A quiet oasis 10 minutes from Karlskoga and 25 minutes from Örebro. NEW: -There is also a beautiful newly build sauna available for rent. - A new separate bathroom is available for use. Toilet, shower as well as drinking water. The bathroom is shared with another cottage, meaning that you won't have the bathroom all by yourself.

Gälleråsen

Rural accommodation 10 minutes outside Karlskoga. 1 km to Gälleråsen motor racing circuit 10 minutes to Lunnedet, where there's a nice swimming area, mini golf and a cosy café. Several other swimming and fishing spots are easily accessible by car. Guests are responsible for cleaning, taking out the rubbish and leaving the house in the same condition as it was when they arrived. Alternatively, there is an additional cost for cleaning of SEK 1,000.

Warm welcome to Spelbo! The house is located by Lake Norrmogen. The lake to the south and the vast forest to the north. Sleeping arrangements on the upper floor: a double bed. Free access to the wood-fired sauna. In Ramsberg (9 km) there is a popular unmanned grocery store! I hope you enjoy your stay in this simple and peaceful place! (Outdoor heating: only in the charcoal grill a few metres from the house, no heating on the terrace)
