You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Recline in the hot tub or relax around the firepit before taking a short stroll across our tree bridge. Newly built in August 2022, this space was dreamed, designed and built with the ultimate guest experience in mind.

You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.
