Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

This lovely newer home on the North side of Carlsbad in the Spring Hollow neighborhood will make you feel at home just as soon as you step in! The owner has personalized this home with peeks into their travels around the world. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
