Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Det ingår ett set med sängkläder och ett set med handduk per person. Det går att lägga till extra person då de finns möjlighet att ställa in en extra säng för en avgift så man kan bo tre stycken. Boendet har egen ingång. Kök med diskmaskin. 100 meter till Storsjön, 4,5 km till centrum, 50 meter till busshållplats med bra förbindelser. Skidskyttestadion ligger 5 km bort. Finns även ett alfapet spel.

Välkommen till ett mysigt kompaktboende vid Storsjön. Boendet ger full tillgång till strand, egen brygga och fantastisk utsikt. Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Have a nice time with the whole family in this nice place 10 meters from the shore of Lake Storsjön! Quiet and undisturbed location that during the winter half-year has ski-in location to Storsjön's ice for those who like cross-country skiing and skating, however, you have to make your own tracks. Fully-equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city center! Engine heater outlet is available but charging post for electric car is missing.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer. Hjärtligt välkommen!

Kombinerat allrum och sovrum, 2 våningssängar samt en extra säng i köket. På ön finns endast utedass. Trädgårdsmöbler och grill utanför stugan. Uthyrning vår, sommar och höst.
