We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

Always love staying at Chris and Ivan's place. They are super responsive and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. We arrived late on the first night, and they turned on the lights and heaters for our arrival - great touch! All amenities you need, the choice of pillows is special. Highly recommend and look forward to staying with them the next time we are down in Canberra!

A great house in Narrawallee, in a quiet location but close to Mollymook and Milton. The area has great walks, pet friendly beaches and lots of nice restaurants in nearby Milton. Our dog loved the spacious backyard and the walk to the beach, approx 10 mins away. We very much appreciated the bread & milk left for us. Mark was a super helpful & friendly host. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Kylie’s place—it was very relaxing. The walk to the beach was nice and easy, and the local beach was perfect for our senior dog. We even had some wildlife visitors in the backyard, including beautiful birds and either wallabies or kangaroos, which was such a treat! Although it rained for almost our entire stay, we were more than happy to cozy up inside and play games by the fire.

Have stayed here a few times. Great location and proximity to harbour/town/beaches. It’s ‘home away from home’ and everything as described. Would revisit again!

Great spot in Broulee, the house had all the amenities you can think of and more and plenty of space for our whole family. Price was excellent and amazing host!

A Perfect Little Sanctuary in the Heart of Canberra I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Metropol, Canberra. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment itself is a little sanctuary. It’s beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The interiors are stylish and thoughtfully decorated, making it a truly relaxing space to unwind. Despite being in a central location, it’s incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The host was fantastic—very communicative and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Canberra!

We had an incredible 9-night stay at Escape Vacations’ Bendalong house. The property is beautifully set on acreage, offering a peaceful retreat immersed in nature. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing—and the sauna was a fantastic touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Being surrounded by the great outdoors while still having luxury amenities made for the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and matched the description perfectly. The pool was a fantastic bonus and made the experience even better. Aaron was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. The location is unbeatable—right near the city centre and super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Jules and Rob were excellent hosts. Their house and surrounds are peaceful with an amazing view. Thanks to both Jules and Rob, our family were given the opportunity to care for the ponies, ducks and chickens, which everyone loved. A highly recommended place to visit.

Whenever I come to Canberra, this is my first choice of accommodation. The place is spotlessly clean, very well looked after and has an excellent location, close to everything I need The hosts have good communication I have stayed here several times and have always had a wonderful experience. I recommend it !

Trev’s place is beautiful and really well located. You can tell some thought has been placed into a comfortable couch, top notch appliances and amenities. We’d definitely stay again! Only bummer was we thought the pool would be heated (and thought it would be a great activity for our young kids over the winter weekend) but sadly it had just been turned off.

Aaron was incredibly responsive. Excellent location and incredibly convenient. Hope to stay again next time in Canberra.

Fantastic getaway. We felt like we were away from everything, but it's only 20min back in to Canberra proper and less to Queanbeyan. The place was as described but even better. We especially appreciated the breakfast provisions. Thanks Cath, we plan to stay again and next time give ourselves some time to explore Bungendore.

The perfect weekend escape - We loved the cottage, the fact it pays homage to the family, it had such a beautiful feel and had everything you possibly needed. Don’t let the cold deter you if you go in winter, the cottage is fully heated and so cosy! The photos don’t do justice of the view, it’s beautiful and so secluded. Can’t wait to go back.

This accomodation was so beautiful and thoughtfully furnished and styled. The kitchen had everything that I needed and more! The location was perfect as most places were in walking distance. The host was so responsive and lovely. They had wireless chargers where I didn’t even need to unpack my own, and I agree with other reviews that photos don’t do it justice! In addition, it was pet friendly and so my partner, little frenchie and I had an amazing time! 🫶🏼🥰 would definitely return again and recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay. The cottage was clean, cozy and as described. It’s in a peaceful location and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Host was responsive to our messages too. Best of all- dog friendly. Recommend for anyone travelling with a dog or just looking for a comfortable and quiet retreat.

Ross and Joanne were amazing hosts and the stay was exactly what I was looking for. With their hospitality and advice we had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable despite less than ideal weather. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had been put into the accommodation - for example a fire pit, newspaper, and firelighters were all provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Detailed and clear instructions for the accommodation were provided which I really appreciated, making it easy to use the appliances! Overall this was a beautiful place to stay with kind and welcoming hosts, perfect if you want to explore the nearby coasts and National Parks or equally as perfect for an unplugged getaway in a pristine location.

The perfect spot to spend a birthday weekend by the cosy fire! Lauren’s place has everything we needed and more. Great location, perfectly situated close to a dog beach where we walked every morning with our coffees and watched the sea eagles and seals bask in the sun while our dog Rue enjoyed exploring the beach. Great little bush trails right outside the front door without having time get in the car. Lauren’s place was clean and beautifully styled for a lovely weekend away. We hope to be back!

The perfect retreat. We couldn't have asked for anything more, Phil and Lisa are fantastic hosts and made sure that we had an enjoyable holiday. The property setting is spectacular, with views through the bush onto the ocean. Being dog friendly was an added bonus, with a big garden and just a short walk to the beach, the whole family is catered for. We will definitely be returning.

We had a beautiful stay at Alex’s place in majors creek! A beautiful peaceful area with stunning countryside with the local pub and beautiful bushwalks all within a 10 minute walk of the property. The accomodation was perfect with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, lovely Alive toiletries and cleaning products throughout the home and other thoughtful touches like a beautiful coffee bar and local books/pamphlets/helpful information regarding Majors Creek! Beds were very comfy with plenty of blankets/great heating to keep you warm during the cooler months! Our puppies also loved the accomodation and the beautiful surrounds! We will definitely be back to visit in future - thanks Alex!
