Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Welcome to our apartment, we are offering a open plan living space, with open kitchen but also offers glass wall panels to enclose and also an open plan bathroom, fully fitted with a Jacuzzi big enough for two, fireplace & TV, along with glass panel walls and doors & electric blinds for the essential privacy. The Old Corn Mill, which houses Bridge Flat, has in fact over time had several uses - from a shuttle mill, to a workshop for the once grand estate of Sir Isaac Holden. We live in the flat above, so close enough to ensure you have everything you need, but with your own entrance & parking area, you would think you were staying away from it all, in the countryside.

Our cottage comes with its own walled garden, 6 person hot tub, views across the valley to Leeds and nearby Ilkley and is the perfect locations for those wanting a peaceful escape in the countryside.
