I've had many Airbnb stays-- this is at the top of my list of favorites! We could not have had a better experience! Location is fantastic-- quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown, park. The unit was beautiful, well appointed, full of amenities, comfy beds. Fantastic layout, laundry room is super convenient! Gorgeous back yard with private pool and hot tub. They have all you need for a day at the beach. There is so much attention to detail, I could not mention it all here! RENT THE GOLF CART! This was the highlight of my nephew's trip. :) It's SO much fun to ride around town, and so convenient! Tim was so gracious upon our arrival-- he took time to orient us to everything, took us for a ride to show us where everything is around town. He was super responsive, and just delightful to talk with. We felt right at home. We made friends with the family in the other unit and had a great time with them; we are keeping in touch! We can't wait to go back to Tim & Corinna's place!

Taylor's place was very clean and peaceful, aligned with the photos, well decorated and very organized. Neighborhood was quiet: we could park the car with ease and free, close to the center of Tampa Bay City (5 min by car). Recommend it if you want to visit Tampa Bay and relax a bit!

We were so very pleased with our stay. The space was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and Yasmina was a joy to meet and stay with.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. The home was incredibly well-appointed with high-quality furniture, appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and felt like it was designed with care. The bed was especially comfortable, clearly high-end, and made for great sleep. The hosts were responsive, kind, and very easy to communicate with. My favorite part of the stay was enjoying coffee each morning in the bright breakfast nook in the kitchen, filled with natural light. It was the perfect space to relax and recharge. Truly a fantastic value. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Jojo's place was top notch! The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The whole apartment was very clean. Wonderful shower. A close walk to Publix just down the street. My granddaughter enjoyed the basketball area. The whole place is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Jojo is very responsive. Highly recommend! Plan on returning as I travel to Sarasota often to visit family.

This spot was beautiful, the view from all around the living space was amazing. Our hosts greeted us once we got settled and were able to provide us with a lot of different options to spend our mini-vacation. Will definitely be doing our best to return to this amazing piece of paradise.

Everything was very nice if I decide to come back to Tampa again I definitely will book my stay here

The house was the perfect space for my group- 6 year old son, my husband and mother. My son loved the little pool and indoor games. It was very quiet and peaceful during the day and at night. I’d stay here again!

The pictures do make it look a little bigger than it actually is. The shower is small but still able to wash. Overall it was a great place to rest at night and know our stuff was safe while we were out running adventures. The refilled ice cube trays was amazing for arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tampa! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host made everything easy. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

This house is gorgeous! All three bedrooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. The living room, dining nook, screened patio, and waterside outdoor hangout are all perfect for family and friends to gather. The kitchen is well-appointed and clean. The master shower is especially luxurious. Our favorite parts of the stay were playing Jenga (a great touch!) and having coffee out on the patio while watching fish jump, squirrels scamper about, and osprey hunt for breakfast. The house is also conveniently located near a *ton* of stores and restaurants (great tacos, a Cuban food truck, and much more!) Chad was responsive and kind, to boot! Definitely recommend for a quiet retreat when you're visiting the Tampa area.

my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!

We had a really nice stay at Donald’s place. It was roomy, updated and a master bathroom shower to die for. He even left us cookies/candy and money for Publix..! Who does that? So far in my travels only Donald. I would definitely stay here again.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again for everything!

Tobey’s place was beautiful and even better than we anticipated. On top of the lovely space, Tobey’s communication and response time was exceptional.

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay and we're able to use the laundry room to do our laundry after a long road trip through florida. Lewie was super friendly and helpful. we would stay again for sure if we are in the area.

This was a great place to stay for a quick beach trips! The space was very clean and had all of the beach accessories we needed! We loved being able to use the bikes to explore the surrounding area! Would highly recommend!

Beverly's place was absolutely amazing! we stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. it's clearly a loved place, with a beautiful, quite beach a single minute walk away, with enough nice cooking gear to cook in the place, and wonderfully comfy furniture and beds! Beverly and Phil were incredibly responsive, kind, and just all around amazing hosts! We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back! if you have never flown a kite before, pick one up at John's Pass and try it on the beach here! it's a blast!

John’s place is terrific! Super close to downtown Bradenton, very close to the waterfront, I love the space. The living quarters are spacious and cooly decorated in an eclectic style. It feels very authentic, not cookie-cutter. Plenty of coffee and lots of freezing cold water bottles in the fridge. Also, John was super responsive, I could not find the hairdryer and messaged him to ask where it was, and he immediately replied where I could find it, but offered to bring one over if I could not. I’ll be back!

Great location; loved the screened in porch; sunsets on the beach were amazing; it was exactly what we were hoping for; will definitely stay there again!
