The place was beautiful, comfortable and great location. Marian and Susan were very helpful and supplied place with everything. we will be back.

We stayed at this condo for the month of March, and it met our expectations. The location is perfect, the grounds in this community are beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is close by. The UTC area has any store you'd possibly need, Benderson Park is great for daily walks, Lakewood Ranch is right down the road, and Siesta Key beach is only a 30-minute ride. This condo was very clean when we arrived and was spacious. The lanai was our favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying our coffee in the morning. The Kitchen was well stocked, and the condo came with plenty of linens. The pool was only a few short steps away as well. However, the condo as a whole could use some updating, especially the couch, loveseat and chair in the living room, and the furniture on the lanai. Overall, it was a great experience for us, and we would stay at this condo again!!!!

Really great place in a lovely location. Kayaks available to use on the river just outside the house. We launched from across the road as the water level was really low in front of the house. There’s also a grill, smoker, beach furniture etc. free to use. 30 minutes from the beaches. Place was really nice and cosy would definitely recommend. Thank you.

This is a nice, small and private unit. Very quiet and clean. Location is great with lots of walking and cycling paths. Very close to two public golf courses and a club house restaurant that is nice. Short drive to most conveniences and not too far to the keys and beaches. A car is definitely needed. The unit itself is small, but there is plenty of storage space. The sofa and bed were both very comfortable. The linens are ok. The smart tv is large & works well. We could stream our usual apps., but no cable. The kitchen is spacious, well laid out and the appliances (stove/over, fridge & dishwasher) all worked well. Lots of dishes and utensils, etc. We used the community griddle several times a week and liked it. It is fairly new! The patio area is spacious and somewhat private. Furniture could be updated but we enjoyed the space daily. The pool is small, but nicely heated. There were several chairs etc by the pool. Clara was easy to communicate with & quick to respond.
