Monthly Rentals in Braden River

We had a great week in this fantastic house. It had everything we needed and booth the house and the surroundings are really nice. We are a family of five (3 teenage boys) and we had a lot of space in the big house. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt really welcomed by Jack and his wife. We truly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who will spend their vacation at Floridas west coast. Thank you Jack for letting us stay in your home!

This was one of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at. The view from the large screened porch and the little cabana that sits right next to a river. The use of kayaks (a single and tandem) made the trip very memorable. The river feeds into a big lake and can paddle over to a park where they have food, drinks and live music. The beach is a bit of a drive but not terrible. We cooked out on the provided new gas grill. We ran out of gas while cooking late at night and the host went and got a new tank of propane for us. We truly didnt want to leave after 3 nights. Highly recomend for nature lovers. Great spot for fishing too.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to Siesta Key, Busch Gardens and downtown Sarasota, yet extremely peaceful and relaxing. James was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering helpful tips and making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. Theresa's home was perfect for my stay. It is located close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and even a golf course! The beaches are a short drive, and Theresa has beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels you can use. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Theresa was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. It was true blessing to have found Theresa's home on Airbnb!
