Monthly Rentals in Bradbury

Nice small studio detached studio apartment. Good off street, gated parking space right in front of unit. Nice little kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and nice tv with good WiFi. 5 minute walk to metro, 10 minute walk to old town Monrovia or short drive to lots of shopping and dining. Great location. Close to the 210 freeway so sow traffic noise when outside but quiet inside. Nice seating area outside. Good laundry room outside of rental. Enjoyed my 4 night rental and highly recommended for a single traveler or couple. The best of 3 Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed at in this part of LA.

Richard is an excellent host! He is very responsive and accommodating. His place is private and easy to access. His parking instructions are very clear as well. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. It is a great place for a short stay.

This place was very peaceful for working and has a beautiful yard and view with a nice window looking out. I enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious and very clean. The studio space was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions and a little booklet with general information about the area. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located a short walk away from shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it to others.
