Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Wir sind genau in der Mitte von Hamburg und Lüneburg (jeweils 20km entfernt). Bahnhof vorhanden Wir freuen uns auf Euch

The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed each, bathroom (incl. hair dryer), guest toilet and a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket about 2 km. The AZL Luhmühlen can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the event area Westergellerser Heide in 15 minutes (2 km).

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

From here you can drive to Hamburg and Heidepark in 30 minutes, or you can visit the Büsenbachtal, hike the Heidschnuckenweg, and discover the Nordheide hotspots and hiking trails around the corner. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Happy Place Gödenstorf

Our Happy Place is located 40km south of Hamburg near the A7, 20km from Lüneburg. Seven years ago, our family decided to move from Hamburg to the country. Since then Gödenstorf has become our Happy Place. In 2017, we decided to build an apartment in our farm roof and share our Happy Place with guests. Our Shetland ponies, and our three children, are looking forward to taking our guests along for the ride.

Near Hamburg, in the countryside

We look forward to seeing everyone who wants to have a good time with us. Since we are quite centrally located, it is an almost optimal starting point for activities. For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.
