Renovated former tannery with pool

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.

The cottage

Les Parenthèses Occitanes - L'Alrance del traouc

L'Alrance is one of our two accommodations located in the popular area known as the Château de Bozouls, above the canyon (geological curiosity 400 m in diameter and 100 m deep). The Bozouls Hole is an atypical natural horseshoe-shaped cirque. This meander was born from the L'Alrance and Dourdou rivers. Our accommodation is an architectural creation in wooden frame, metal cladding and dry stone gables. It is part of a site classified as a sensitive natural area.

Ideal for relaxing, hiking and biking, cross-country skiing on the Aubrac plateau, you will enjoy the house for the large wooden terrace, the view of the village, south face. Welcome to the "Aubrac" gîte located in a hamlet, between Espalion, Gabriac and Bozouls, at the foot of L'Aubrac. Pleasant single-story cottage, ideal for 2 couples or a couple with 2 children + a baby. Ideal for finding peace and quiet. 55 m2 accommodation with 20 m² private terrace, large 1000 m² accessible garden and shared pool (open from 06/01 to 09/30). The cottage is on one level and access is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

I offer you a small 12 m² accommodation (in a hamlet) with a mezzanine bedroom, with small kitchen area, small bathroom with toilet. (be careful, you have to be alert enough to access the mezzanine) Possibility to take advantage of the family pool which can be shared with the owner and other tenants (i.e. 4 people) 12x5 pool with alarm, surveillance under your responsibility. A bowling alley and archery area are at your disposal.

Usually used for the production of walnut oil, this mill has been carefully maintained and lovingly decorated by Harlee, an American who fell in love with the place. Enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of this unique location.

The Aussalesses gîte
