The house is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient to cook in the kitchen. Bill and his family are very considerate in every detail. It is a great pleasure to live in the house. There is a trail behind the house. I like to take a walk there. It is near Safeway and Wholefoods. Shopping and eating out are very convenient.

Great location; short walk to several good restaurants and a brewery. Geri was also very responsive.

Jenny was a great host. Her place was very clean and had everything that one would need. We had an amazing time here.

Kirsten & Theo's home is so charming!! Close enough to town too! The linens on the bed were top notch and the bed was extremely comfortable. After an entire day showing dogs at the fairgrounds, we sure needed a good night's rest, and we got it! The massage chair was WONDERFUL! It even massages your feet and legs!! The bathroom is large and clean. The towels were also high quality. There are so many extra touches that they added to make you feel right at home. Thank you, Kirsten & Theo!! We will definitely be back!

The place is exactly as described. Great location to explore the Bay Area. Host was friendly and helpful, upfront beforehand about possible upstairs noise from early risers (we brought earplugs and it was no problem). Parking was no problem and there were great restaurants and cafes nearby. Would stay again.

Perfect little studio with everything you need. Huge shower with two shower heads! Super close drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and other tourist attractions. Felt very quiet and private even while attached to the main house. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place new point Reyes station. Very remote neighborhood and felt like a nice little getaway. Hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived so she turned on the sauna for us which was really nice. Overall great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy guest suite! The property is incredibly well kept—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing visit. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with easy access to some fantastic local restaurants. I especially appreciated the privacy of the suite, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Having access to the backyard was lovely, it was quiet and serene throughout my stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described. Very serene and quiet. Excellent option if you need to get some work done like I did—WiFi is fast and there is a large monitor. Hot tub was very private. Perfect location—10ish minutes to Guerneville in one direction, 20 to Healdsburg. Beautiful drive in both directions. Heat and AC worked well but there is also a space heater and fan :)

We were guests at Theresa's for 5 nights. It was cool and rainy, so we had the chance to use the gas fireplace, which provided cozy warmth indoors in the evenings. The outdoor patio is lovely, too, and it offers a quiet refuge for grilling or enjoying morning coffee. Located in a residential neighborhood within easy driving distance of the historic Sonoma square, Theresa's guest cottage offers visitors a chance to experience what it's like to live in this area as well as an opportunity to tour its many historic sites, wineries, and beautiful nature preserves.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, this was one of the best. Masha is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. The place is new, spacious, extremely quiet, and was a convenient location for visiting friends and family in the area. Thank you for everything, Masha!

We had a medical emergency and this place was perfect for our needs. Jaqui right on it for anything we needed. The place is very well equipped.

Sara was very responsive from our first conversation. She answered any questions I had quickly. The place was as described, it was clean and she even had little extras if you needed such as an extra toothbrush and toothpaste. Having the washer and dryer was a plus I just wish there was some kind of drying rack or something as I don't machine dry my clothes. ( just a little thought) She had every bedding and kitchen amenity a person could need. The bathroom was a great size as we're always getting ready for the day together. Parking was great as well it was literally right outside. We were greeted with a cute welcome sign which was a sweet thought as well. We really overall enjoyed the place as a whole. The ONLY thing I would mention is that I know in description it says some noise and gives time frames but UNFORTUNATELY at times it was SUPER loud. I'm not sure if just how loud is noticed by the host. I still give 5 stars as we tried not to let it taint our experience. Thank you, Sara!

I have stayed at many Airbnbs in the near vicinity and this one is hands down the best. Comfortable, clean, all the needed amenities, safe, amazing pillows, coffee, all kinds of bonus supplies and incredibly accommodating hosts. Wonderfully delightful stay. I highly recommend this one. Also, for walkers/runners, great trails closeby. Amazing restaurants. Great lighting and safe for solo travelers.

Fred and Jess were incredibly hospitable hosts. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I settled in smoothly and felt completely comfortable. What was originally meant to be a 6-week stay turned into 11 weeks because of how welcoming and accommodating they were. They were always quick to respond to any questions or messages, which made everything even easier. The home itself truly felt like home to me, it had a warmth and comfort that made it hard to leave. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and there were no issues at all during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in town.
