The Highland Hideaway (with Highland cows!)

The Highland Hideaway is a perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy. A small herd of Highland cows live here. A wet-weather creek is just behind the house, with a rock bluff and fire pit. There is a foos ball table and massage chair for your enjoyment after a day of hiking. The Hideaway is located 3 miles from Carver Landing. You'll be within easy access to SO MANY gorgeous places, including the national park. Get away and unwind from it all at our private little cabin tucked away off the beaten path on 80 acres of wooded serenity in the Ozark mountains. My husband and I have enjoyed this cozy, peaceful cabin for several years until we built our new cabin home next door. We absolutely love this place and confident you will too! We are off Hwy 327 about 3/4 mile down a gravel road. 4x4 or all wheel only to prevent spinning uphill. The cabin is 8 miles from Jasper and 2 miles from Parthenon.

We do have Pyrenees dogs who watch over the farm, they are harmless!
