Colemans Retreat

Colemans Retreat is a unique & spacious cottage offering 3 double bedrooms with en-suites & 4th bedroom with twin beds or double. 1 acre garden with views & outside dining area for 8 people, BBQ, hot tub, shower/changing room & WC. The property is only accessible via electric gates. Cowes & Newport 10 minutes away, Yarmouth 15 minutes. Please note, we request £150 deposit for use of the hot tub. If the hot tub is looked after and our house rules are followed then the deposit is full refundable.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.
