Monthly Rentals in Bow River

Loved our stay here! Very high end kitchen and appliances. Fabulous location for what we needed. Bedding was also high end. Home was spotless and we felt very comfy. Although it’s a basement suite, its basement walk in so it’s still bright and airy and no noise issues from above. Hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this listing to anyone! We will be back

I stayed in this 1-bedroom apartment for just under 7 weeks. It was comfortable and ideal for one person. There were good facilities, such as washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave and dishwasher, all reasonably easy to use. The location in the University District is excellent with nearby shops and bus connections. Also, I had access to the underground parking lot. I never actually met Sunny, but he always responded rapidly and helpfully to questions. The one disadvantage during my stay is the construction across the street, which didn't bother me too much as I spent most weekdays at work. It looked close to completion and shouldn't bother future guests. All in all, I am happy to award my stay 5 stars.

Henry & Carla’s place came as advertised and more. I really enjoyed my stay. The place is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and etc. It was a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend Henry & Carla’s place. I look forward to staying there again.

This apartment is stunning and right in the centre of downtown, within walking distance to all amenities and for those coming to enjoy stampede, it’s minutes walk from there. The highlight has to be the balcony, south facing for sunset & you have a gorgeous view of the Calgary tower. The apartment has everything you need and I felt extremely safe. Waseem on reception manages the building and he is extremely helpful. The parking space which comes with the apartment is right on the 1st floor and easily accessible. I can’t fault this place and the hosts are so lovely, very proactive, approachable and friendly. If you need anything they’re very responsive to messages too. I just want to say, a lot of reviews mention homeless outside, whilst you do see homeless people, having been here 2 months, it’s my opinion they’re harmless, they don’t bother you, and sadly this is in every city! The building managers secure the building to keep you safe. Trust me! Thank you Oscar and Ahmed 🙏🏼
