A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

10 minutes from central Skellefteå in Boviksbadet, you will find peace and quiet, forest and nature. The cottage is 35 square meters with a double bed, kitchen and private bathroom with shower. Access to crib, high chair, broadband and 42-inch TV with HDMI cable. Sea view from the kitchen window and outside the door, a private terrace. On the plot, there is a wood-fired sauna that you can use for a fee. There has never been any smoking or pets in the house, allergy-friendly. Nära Byske älv, en skogsälv med Sveriges bästa Laxfiske. På tomten finns Elbilsladdare. Byskeälven är en oreglerad norrländsk skogsälv med vild lax och vild öring. Även stor harr och du har mycket varierade fiskeställen som du kan prova. Barn under 17 år fiskar gratis, med fiskekort.

Stugan har stora fönster mot horisonten och är inredd med det man behöver. Smart TV och bra bredband. Här sover du i en bäddsoffa som är 140 cm bred, på en tjock resårmadrass. Från den har du också utsikt mot havet. Önskas ett separat sovrum så fråga! Ibland, men inte alltid är det ledigt. Det ligger vägg i vägg med en säng 160 cm bred.
