Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Le Manoir Holiday Cottage was originally the coach house of the Château de Bourneau Estate and it remains its grandest cottage. The beautiful wisteria climbing on its facade gives it a traditional French farmhouse charm and is perfect for Summer al fresco dining in one of France's sunniest regions. Its very spacious rooms and living areas will comfortably welcome large groups for all occasions. There is a private walled garden, with its own swimming pool (7×3.5 m) and a ping-pong table.

Charming little house next to ours in a peaceful location. 2 minutes from the zoo and 5 minutes from the Parc des Pierres Brunes. 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with 2 single beds. Living/dining room with access to a spacious terrace. Parking for several vehicles. You can charge your vehicle at an electric charging station for an additional fee. All basic equipment is provided. Situé en lisière du massif forestier Mervent/Vouvant, et d'un des plus beaux villages de France "Vouvant", sans oublier à moins d'une heure en voiture : Le Puy du Fou, Le Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, l'ile de ré et la côte vendéenne. Pour les amateurs de pêche le gîte se situe à 5 min de deux lacs de barrage réputés pour la pêche du carnassier.
