Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

In the middle of the village and yet in the countryside. With the rustling of trees, birdsong, and the music of cicadas, we would almost forget the noise of the world. The magic of the place soothes and inspires at the same time. In 2019, we bought an old silk spinning mill adjoining the Abbaye du Bouchet to make it a place of creation, relaxation and joie de vivre. In the spirit of the bohemianism of the early 20th century.
