The garden apartment is located on the high ground floor in the middle of a garden, away from the street and has a separate house entrance. The old building, attached to a residential building, was renovated and converted into a two-and-a-half-room apartment. It has a large living room with a sofa bed, a spacious dining room and a functionally equipped kitchen. The bedroom with a 160cm wide bed is on the open attic and is accessible by steep stairs.
