A self contained light and airy ground floor flat near to the river in Newark. There is a private patio, with views over the rear garden. Located within walking distance of the town centre, there is opportunity to enjoy the Civil War Centre, historic market place, castle, riverside, parks, restaurants and pubs. It is also close to the River Trent with towpath walks and access to open countryside. Enjoy exploring Newark's historic centre or unwind in the surrounding countryside and villages.

Little Acres Apartment (near Belvoir Castle)

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

The Annex

Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

Glebe Acre Cottage

Unwind at our peaceful cottage, tucked away in a quiet Lincolnshire village. With easy access to the A1 just 3-4 minutes away leading to Grantham, Stamford to the South and Newark and York to the North. The village of Long Bennington (4 mins by car or 20 mins by foot over country paths - difficult in the dark / can be muddy) offers 3 pubs with food, 2 takeaways, a coop store, and cafe, with beautiful walks along the river Witham from the doorstep, a real retreat from the busy and hectic.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Situated in the Vale of Belvoir, this self-contained, open plan studio sleeps two people comfortably and includes a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, high speed Wifi and Smart TV. Surrounded by countryside, Harby is ideal for walking, cycling and being in the great outdoors. There are an abundance of public footpaths in the Vale and we can provide plenty of inspiration and maps!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Cottage at Hovel Cottage offers a chance to stay just for a couple or small family offering flexible accommodation. A spacious double bedroom with an upstairs which with a small pull out bed can sleep 1. The sitting room also having a double sofa bed, means that this property can sleep up to 5 (max).

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. The property has a studio apartment style with classic country charm. It looks out onto its own patio in a shared garden. Suitable for a night's stop over or person's needing some where to stop for business. Or may be just a few days away to visit the sights Lincolnshire/ and Nottinghamshire have to offer.
