The 700 sq. ft. indoor space has a cozy lower lounging/sleeping area with a gas fireplace. All amenities are provided in the adjacent fully equipped kitchen and 3/4 bathroom with tile-lined shower. Recently installed central AC. Privacy and solitude assured with extra measures taken to isolate from the rest of the house. Please, no pets or smokers. Thank you.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

This one-bedroom, fully equipped home is located on five wooded acres, across the driveway from the host's primary residence. In the past, the home was used by my in-laws. The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.
