In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. Ideal for visiting Gibraltar Point, Frieston Shore or Frampton Marsh nature reserves or a walk along the sea bank. Boston 8 miles, Skegness 12 miles.
