Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bosanka

The view is a 15/10 and Irena was a great hostess! She was very proactive and took great care of me when I got sick. She made an extra trip with linens and had plenty of suggestions on where to get additional supplies. Even before I felt up for leaving the apartment, the view was healing in and of itself! Irena was also immediately helpful (at 10:30 at night!) in getting on the phone with the internet provider to reset the WiFi after a brief power outage that affected the entire bay. She got us up and running in just a few minutes! So grateful we stayed here!

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

Dominik is an excellent host. Replied to any queries we had promptly. The property is absolutely beautiful. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. 2 minutes walk to the entrance of the old city. No car or taxis needed which we found a bonus. We had a wonderful week staying at this property and would definitely recommend it.

Stayed in the apartment for a full week! A very nice place to explore the lower part of Croatia. Beach within walking distance. Nice place to park the car. Wonderfully cool and clean apartment with a fantastic view! I want to go back!

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Great location, beautiful home and patio area, so close to old town but does not have the loud crowds that old town brings. Would stay again!

Truly exceptional stay — the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! This place was absolutely spotless — everything was pristine and felt so fresh and welcoming. It’s beautifully designed, very spacious, and filled with calming, positive energy. The views of the sea and old town were breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. They also provided thoughtful touches like toiletries, soaps, black coffee, and tea — such a nice surprise! The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. Amazing apartment! The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable inside. The location is perfect as you get the amazing views, but can walk down to the old town very quickly. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had.

My husband and I had a great 17 day stay at this property! We travel full time and know what makes for a comfortable stay. Emilija met us at check-in and had a friend help with our luggage. Nice to have bottled water in fridge when we arrived and the recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were very helpful. The apt is clean and had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed & piping hot water. So nice to have fresh bed linens and towels offered throughout our stay. Having a washer is always a plus! Located a short walk to The Old City and Port made for great exploring. We enjoyed relaxing with ocean views in the outdoor space. Would highly recommend this property.

Maja was Extremely friendly and helpful, a great location with a 3 minute walk to a nice rock beach, the garden and view is just unreal, and good air conditioning in the bedrooms when it’s hot, nice easy walk to the old town and just a beautiful place to be, would recommend for anyone

Everything about our stay was perfect! The apartment was in a brilliant location, it was very clean, lovely decor and had everything we needed. Stjepo was very responsive and helpful to all our questions and helped organise our transport to and from the airport. 10/10!

What a place and experience! Nataša was fantastic, meeting us at apt and answering ALL questions. Recommendations enhanced experience. The view might give you reason not to explore Dubrovnik but it only gets better. Leaving with wonderful memories!

Great location and the place was very nice. If you have a car make sure you reserve a parking spot ahead of time. Ask the host for recommendations for where to book, do not wait until you arrive to find a parking spot.

Location was perfect with a stunning view of the city! Would highly recommend anyone divisions dubrovnik to stay here. The space was spotless and Alenka even met us early to let us in so we could leave our bags as we explored. 10/10!

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

Perfect location, great for 3 of us. Useful amenities. But what stood out were Iva’s detailed recommendations and Irina’s incredible helpfulness. Met us to guide us to place, showed us around the town and recommended places, even came back at 7:00am to help us catch an Uber when we left. The two sisters are absolutely wonderful.

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was superb in every way — stylish, very spacious, and you could tell that Josipa had considered even the smallest details, and we could find everything (and more) we needed. Josipa also provided some really nice local recommendations. The views from the balcony were also amazing, and a perfect spot for a morning coffee. You can tell there’s been a lot of care and attention to detail put into everything — it all felt really thoughtful and high-quality. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. I’d 100% recommend this spot to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.

Possibly the best place we have stayed in - great location in a quiet area but bus stop to the old town/cavtat just round the corner. Beautifully furnished, new build flat with everything you could need including welcome gift of wine juice water etc. they even had new toiletries if you forget yours. There were teas and different types of coffees to suit most tastes. We arranged for Niksha to collect/take us from the airport, which was fab. He showed us round the flat and gave some recommendations. We would absolutely recommend the Pleasure flat with its garden area and air conditioning too!
