It is also known as an elite area with amazing houses.()It is close to two sandy beaches and Old town is only 10/15min walking distance along beautiful road that goes right above the sea and passes next to luxury hotels,but if you don'twant to walk bus station is right under the building. Very nice apartment, recently renovated, very complete, excellent kitchen, bathroom and beds, and the view is breathtaking! There is a simple grocery store nearby, but if you need more specific things, I suggest going to old town, which is about 2 km away, you can walk or take an Uber. Super quiet and has a very pleasant balcony. We had no problems communicating, and even less to enter the property. It was flexible both at check-in and check-out! Wonderful. I'd stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic large porch with comfortable seating overlooking the Island of Lokrum. Huge windows. Modern furniture and very spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a gift. You could access the apartment with either steps or an elevator. Beautiful walk into town with the opportunity to use the city steps or not. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the Stradun which was perfect. Our family of 4 loved staying here and would highly recommend.

Our stay in Dubrovnik was purely magical, much in part to Josip and Nataša's amazing apartment. The entire place was perfect for two people. Incredibly clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was even better than the photos. The hosts are polite, professional and timely. And the view is SPECTACULAR. Waking up every morning and ending every evening with that view on the balcony was amazing. We found that taking the regular road down and back up to the apartment much easier than the stairs, so no taxis needed. The walk to the Old City is maybe ten minutes. For the beach we took the stairs down and the road back up. It is worth it! Highly Recommended!
