Квартира охайна, прибрана, є все для комфортного перебування в ній. Госпордарка квартири дуже приємна та тактична в спілкуванні, на всі питання, котрі мене цікавили - я отримав відповідь)

Trying hard not to be too eulogistic on that one: Second time staying in this wonderful flat. High ceiling, very bright, perfect location. The hosts know what hosting means. Merci encore Timo, Nadia, Natalia and Svitlana!

Квартира знаходиться неподалік від вокзалу - дуже зручна локація на третьому поверсі багатоквартирного будинку. В квартирі тихо і просторо, трохи прохолодно - але є обігрівач. Можлива опція self check-in/out що дуже зручно. Інструкції щодо заселення були дуже детальними, проблем не виникло. Є запас рушників, постіль чиста, багато різного посуду на кухні - є все необхідне: кастрюлі, пательня. З мінусів - квартира виглядає не зовсім так, як на фото) Швидше за все фотографували дуже давно, наразі квартира у менш охайному стані - у душовій кабінці пліснява, а сидіння унітазу тріснуте. Доречі, унітаз якийсь дуже маленький і круглий, взагалі не зручний. Вода з-під крану смердить рибою - вперше помічаю таке в Києві...Також є зауваження щодо ліжка - воно жахливо скрипить. В цілому враження ок, зупинитися заночувати під час відрядження на 1-2 ночі можна, якщо ви не дуже вибагливі)

I can not flaw this accommodation, everything I needed was provided, super clean, Sergij is very friendly, helpful and responsive host, pleasure to deal with - I can not recommend him enough, if I could give him more stars would and will definitely look no further and reserve this place for the duration of my next visit to Kyiv. For me this place was perfect, but it is worth mentioning that the apartment is located on the forth floor and won’t be suitable for people with disabilities.

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

Excellent host. Have been renting it monthly for 2 months now. Very nice flat in the heart of Kiev with a lot it security and safety.

We did not actually go to this apartment as there is something of a crisis in Ukraine. We would like to visit one day.

My experience at Elena’s apartment was great! It was a pleasure to stay in one of my favourite areas of Kyiv! My start of the busy days and the end felt even better at this apartment! Peaceful, good touch in the interior design, nice finish of the furniture, felt like home.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. the view was great, the place was very clean and i slept well. Recommended!

Квартира с прекрасным соотношением цены и качества. В моем любимом районе. Учитывайте, что в доме нет лифта, и если вы приезжаете с чемоданами, придется немного потягаться:) В остальном - отличное жилье в любимом Киеве.
