The year of construction of the house is 1969. Shower stall without hydromassage function. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer. A five-minute walk the river embankment with a many restaurants with varied cuisine - Italian, Greek, American, European, one fish and one breakfast restaurants.
