Nearby are the Bessarabsky Market, the Central Synagogue, the Gulliver and Mandarin Plaza shopping centres, and the Alexandrovskaya Hospital. There are two metro stations near the building. The building has no lift! Electricity is supplied according to a schedule. There is heating, gas and hot water. Gas water heater - hot water is available at all times. There is an LED lamp. There are sometimes interruptions to the Internet.

The bed is located at window level so that you can watch the street without getting up. The windows in the apartment have triple glazing so despite being in the city center, the apartment is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Modern clean shower and toilet.
