This hunting lodge is ideal for country vacations. The interior of the ground floor is decorated in a hunting style, which gives a special atmosphere. A large fireplace in the hall will brighten up your time in bad weather, a large terrace overlooking the fountain and a plot with a beautiful landscape design. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils. There is a garage for two cars, a large barbecue. There is also a sauna and a small lake. Just behind the fence, the forest and the River Grouse are within a 5-minute walk.

A separate house in the village of Mriya, on the Kyiv-Chop highway, located 30 minutes by car from the central station "Kyiv-Passazhyrskyi" and the airport "Kyiv" (Zhulyany). The area is suitable for cycling, there is a forest and lakes. Within a three-minute drive there are gas stations, Fora Mega Market and Silpo supermarkets, restaurants. Convenient location for using public transport - the nearest metro station Zhytomyrska is 30 minutes by bus.
