Cabin on Borøya with its own jetty and 7 beds

Cabin with 3 bedrooms, large terrace, private jetty and parking. Short distance to the lake and great hiking areas. Lovely outdoor areas with dining area, barbecue, pizza oven etc. Guests are responsible for their own dishwashing. There is a somewhat steep path from the parking lot to the cabin. Distance from parking to the cabin 40-50 meters SUMMER 2026 - we have not yet decided on a vacation for 2026, but will probably rent out week 27 and 28. Consists of lawn, rock outcroppings, heather, hammock trees, furnished terraces with and without a roof, gas grill, fire pits, badminton net, outdoor games, hammock. Kid friendly. Herb beds. Blueberries on the plot and lots of wild raspberries and wild blackberries in the immediate area. A short way to the bathing area with bathing ladders and a nice large jetty ideal for swimming, crabbing and fishing. Child-friendly beaches nearby.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Large terrace of about 75 m2 About 20 mins. to Arendal city center by car or hydrofoil. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent but are available on site and can be rented for NOK 250 per set The cleaning is not included in the rent. Supplement for cleaning is 1200 NOK if the tenant does not clean himself.

Boathouse by the lake

Cosy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boat house is best suited for two people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Losodden is a 160 year old vintage Pilots house on the idyllic car-free island of Sandøya in Tvedestrand municipality on the southern coast of Norway. The house lies on the stone jetty only one meter from the sea. The archipelago in which Sandøya lies is one the most popular coastal areas in Norway. The island is sheltered from the islets around yet with a close distance to the ocean. The sun will shine on the property from 10 in the morning till 10 at night at midsummer on a clear summer day.

Taxi boat to Lyngør with others. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to a convenience store.
