Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Unique cottage with scenic location, Svaneke

Bright and renovated house in Svaneke in 1st row to forest and water. Suitable for couples and smaller families. The house is 90 m2 and the plot 1076 m2. From the green, secluded backyard there is direct access to the forest and less than 300 meters to the rocky coast and beautiful bathing places. Short walking distance to Svanekes sights, shopping and bathing places, and with a particularly relaxed atmosphere around the house. (Renovated holiday house w. direct access to forest and coastline. The Glass House

Relax in our unique Glass House. Enjoy the view of the fields and feel nature up close. Relax on the deck and enjoy the evening in bed directly under the stars. The glass house is 5-10 minutes by bike from the city, and 2 minutes from Brændegårdshaven. The house is for those who want a unique experience over luxury. There are duvets, but you'll need to bring your own sheets and covers. The house is located about 50 meters from our second rental “The Pink Campervan” and there is a shared camping toilet, fire pit - but no shower.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Lovely summerhouse vibe in an old forge. Cozy decorated old annex for our house, just two minutes from the beach and the harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You will share a garden with us where it is possible to barbecue by appointment. In the garden, the acclaimed artist Frederik Næblerød has done a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a hot plate/hood/fridge and espresso machine

Peaceful Annex overlooking fields.

The annex is located in postcode Gudhjem, overlooking fields, quiet and sunny with its own terrace. Orangery with kitchen, extra shower and fire places are shared with others. It is serene and beautiful in its own unique way. 40 km2 with sleeping loft and wood-burning stove. For those who want to relax, enjoy each other, and be in the middle of the nature while doing it. Bathroom and toilet are in the main house.

The new vacation home is located on a 6000 m² property in the middle of nature. The good location offers all the possibilities to explore the island and experience an unforgettable vacation. Beautiful swimming bays or beaches can be reached within 5 to 20 minutes by car. At Gyldensgaard, between forest, creek and fields, you live well and at reasonable prices. In our 10,000 m2 park-like garden, you will always find a corner where you can retreat and relax, while the children play in the landscape around the Gyldens Creek and the forest. Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.

Idyllic cottage in Allinge, close to city and beach

Idyllically located cottage in quiet area. Only 200 meters to the amazing beach of Næs and in walking distance to Allinge city center. Allinge is a lovely harbor town, where there is good opportunity for shopping, good eateries nearby and Bornholm's probably coziest venue "The Guest". The house is built on rocky grounds, is surrounded by dense vegetation and has a sea view from the terrace.
