The house has a beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood, and near the beautiful rocky coast with Sandkås lagoon beach. With garden, courtyard and outdoor room on rocky ground. Grill, fire pit and firewood. The house is furnished with a tilt from the living room up to the attic with sleeping places. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the house there is a living room with sofa and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and entrance. Heating is by heat pump and wood-burning stove.

The upper floor has been completely renovated with new branches, ceiling to kip and new floors in 2025. One branch opens up the whole room and gives a fantastic view.
