The room is small and the inside is rough.There are only two twin rooms in building C and the rest are queen rooms.Because the back of the house is the kitchen and dining room, there are diners who are noisy late at night, so we can't rest properly.The boss doesn't have a good solution.The whole house is in a quiet area, surrounded by small villas with a yard, flowers full of gardens, good.And Chinese mahjong table.Boss is from Fujian.20 minutes from Dragon Gate Inn.

Great value for money.We have 2 villas for 20 people.At first, I felt that the house was old, but after checking in, I found it very clean.It is very convenient to cook and gather, and it is very convenient to go out to eat.When you learn more about Semporna Town, you'll find it rare to stay like this.The boss was also very nice, so we delayed it until we got on the plane. Thank you very much.

The host is very patient and the people are very nice, and there is a boat to help us arrange the boat to the pier. We look forward to coming back next time.

amazing house. speechless to see the inside and the outside. 30 min from the Pekan kundasang, but nearby so many places to go.

Nice and clean accommodation recommended for larger group of travellers seeking for en-suite bedrooms and comfortable stay.

The chalet features a beautiful view of Kota Kinabalu and comes with a BBQ pit (charcoal must be supplied by guests). The other amenities are well-maintained. There is a noticeable temperature difference between afternoon and night. Installing a mosquito net in the room would be helpful since there’s no air conditioning, and opening the windows can let in many moths. The host was very accommodating, allowing us a late checkout since there were no bookings for the following day. At one point, there was no hot water, but housekeeping promptly resolved the issue by changing the gas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy, right in town, within 10 minutes walk to the seafood market, full kitchen facilities, no problem for us to stay for fourteen people, had problems resolved in a timely manner, there was a security guard at night, the airport was ready for us at 6 in the morning, all great.

Spacious villa and love the back garden patio for gathering and feasting. Pool found to be chlorine-safe for children to swim whole day without worrying red eye irritation and effects on clothes. Overall..a very comfy place to stay

Our stay at Poseidon House was an absolute gift! The property is impeccably maintained, making it a true haven for relaxation. What made our experience even more special were the hosts, Fran and Ray. They are a truly lovely couple—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. Their local tips and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in Kudat, and we would recommend Poseidon House to anyone looking for a serene, unforgettable getaway. Warning - the ocean views will be hard to leave!!

Very pleasant stay! The inside of the villa looked gorgeous and the bathrooms are luxurious and very well lighted. Upon small requests the host responded quickly and helpful. I would deffinitelly reccomend the Home. We especially enjoyed the lighting inside aswell as outside the house. Only advice for guests would be to come with a car since most of the things are in driving distance and not walkable.

Nathan was a wonderful host. He was thoughtful, generous and always available even at short notice. The property was outstanding amazing beach views fantastic interior decoration with everything you could need for your holiday. We would love to come again.

The best feature of Villa Mendu is the host. Ben is discret, friendly and cooperative. The Villa is a superb place for a couple best appreciated for minimum stay of 1 week. Comes with Aircon, fully equipped kitchen plus washing machine, microwave, ironing board and iron. Must add something negative else readers may think it is a fake review. The constant drop of water from roof in front of the washing machine (brand new) can be annoying at time especially when watching new Sony TV with local/western Chanel’s. The windows of the shower with HC water opens to a huge koi fish bassin. Thank you Ben for making our stay confortable.

We had an awesome stay here while celebrating my daughter's birthday. The pool is great. The house is big and lots of parking space.
