We had the best stay. Totally worth the price I paid. Very child friendly place to stay. Convienience to travel every where as home at strategic location. Would love to come and stay here again.

The location is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, the owner is very nice, and the balcony is very nice to see the sea.

We had a fantastic overnight stay! The home was clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. Our host was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which made our trip so much easier. Her father stopped by to say hello and kindly let us use his motorbike, adding a fun and unique touch to our stay. The family owns a shop just 60 meters away with all the essentials, which was super convenient. The community was friendly and welcoming, and our kids loved playing outside with the local children. To top it all off, the views of Mount Kinabalu were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was convenient and quiet, and the place was just as described—cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our trip. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small thing to note: the windows could use a good cleaning, as they were quite dusty and took away a bit from the otherwise nice ambiance. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely stay here again!

Very very nice home! I stayed with 19 adults & 1 children, the house is very huge. Disposable towel & toothbrushes were prepared by the owner. Thank you so much we had a perfect stay.

It was a great stay here. All my friends were satisfied with the stay as it was so comfortable. The only issue was we might not know how to switch on hot water so we used cold water only throughout our stay

Jessy was a wonderful host, very thoughtful as well. We arrived for check in late due to a flight delay, we requested for her to recommend a driver for us and she helped to arrange for a pickup from the airport for us, at no cost, with us just paying directly to the driver. Jessy also sent clear video instructions prior to our arrival, on how to check in and all the necessary details. She also headed down to check the house before we arrive, and knowing that we are arriving late at night, she even switched on the porch lights for us so that we do not head to a dark house. Some things to note will be that the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, the nearest 7-11 will be about 8-10mins walk away depending on your walking speed. However, will recommend this house more if you rent a car and drive as there is a nice parking lot inside the house and there are stray dogs barking and running around at you, if you don't drive.

This house really can fit in fifteen ppl family. My family and I all enjoy this place to stay. The house is also beautiful and all bedroom and living room are the same as the photo and the description. We all enjoy our holidays at there. Thank you.

This is our first time visit Kuching . Tan’s place have give us a feel like home. We can have a good rest at a very clean and peaceful environment. The place is also very easy to find and have a shopping mall and some shop that can buy groceries and food that need. We can also wash the clothes, Tan’s has provides detergent. Besides that , there’s also a water dispenser which have hot , warm and cold water to drink . The house also has water pump, you can have a good shower. Wifi is also have strong coverage for the whole house.

Siew Yien is simply a great host reflecting an excellent housing offering. You can without a doubt sign on to her offer! The pictures exactly show reality. We appreciated our 3D/2N stay.

It’s a lovely stay for us at Tawau. The place is spacious and clean. Had a pleasant stay for us all. The host had a great sense in decorations too
