You can also sit by the pool with your family and friends at sunset and enjoy Sabah's famous sunset while chatting with them. Watch the fishing boats slowly sail across the sea and watch the sunset gradually disappear into the horizon.

It’s walking distance to kuching waterfront & most of the main tourist attractions, eg. Golden bridge, fort margherita, cultural museum, indian & china street, etc. There are plenty of eateries (restaurants & cafes), seafood centre, bistro, convenient stores, and supermarket (Groceli) surrounding this building.
