The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

There are 2 terraces - one open in front, and one covered from the bedroom. There are bushes and trees that shield the whole house. In this lovely holiday town, you will find the most beautiful tranquility and nature. Spend your summer days with long walks on the beach and barbecue in the evening on the terrace.

Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Relax in our garden, explore the Bodden landscape or enjoy the wild and beautiful nature of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, which stretches on the nearby Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The bungalow "Windrose" in the quiet village of Vaschvitz in the middle of the "Pomeranian Boddenlandschaft" nature reserve invites you to forget the stress of everyday life.
