Monthly Rentals in Borghetto di Vara

We had a wonderful stay! Paolo is a very nice person — he greeted us warmly when we arrived and made us feel immediately welcome. The apartment is located in a charming Italian village, just a short 3-4 minute drive to shops, gas stations, and an outlet store. There is free parking available right in the front yard, which was very convenient. To visit Cinque Terre, a car is necessary; it’s about a 20-25 minute drive to Levanto, where you can easily catch the train to explore the villages. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery and utensils. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail and has everything you need. Mariapaola went the extra mile and was an excellent host. You can tell that she has decorated everything with heart and wants to give her guests a nice time. The area is quiet and has a nice atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back if it turns out. 6 out of 5 stars 😉

The accommodation was a special experience. The apartment is in the middle of the village. Since it's not touristy, you can really experience what it's like to live among the Italians. The people in the village were very friendly and helpful. There is a very good caterer, with fresh rolls, wine, pasta, charcuterie, vegetables, fruit, etc. There is also a bar where you can drink coffee and a pizzeria, which was not open when we were there. Within close driving distance are several fine restaurants. You will hear the sound of the upstairs neighbors, but this was not disturbing otherwise. The apartment is nicely refurbished and offers everything needed. There is a balcony and a garden where you can sit in the sun, it would be nice if there were also photos of this on the website, as well as of the view. Nicolette is very helpful and always available for tips. We have made some beautiful walks nearby, including to Monte Antola from Bavastrelli!! We'd love to come back!

We were looking for a place to stay with our 3 teenagers, visit the Cinque Terre, at an affordable price for our budget. Silvia and Paolo's apartment fully meets these criteria. The village of Borghetto is well located to take the highway in 5 minutes and get around further and otherwise 25 minutes from Levanto where we took the train to visit the villages of 5 Terre. The apartment is functional, just the essentials and nothing too cluttered. We had a problem with a sick child and Silvia was very understanding. I highly recommend these hosts and their apartment.
