Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Just a 10 min drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm large and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with most things you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious double bedroom as well as a double bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest just around the corner and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Single nights upon request during the summer.

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Grenadjärstorp in idyllic Borghamn

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a fund and with the beautiful plain that spreads out around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any requests. This will be our 10 year hosting our cottage and we have through these years met so many nice guests from near and far. Guests who describe the area as beautiful and peaceful. Nearby there is a stone industry that is in use.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Modern tiny house - 100 m to the lake!

A tiny house, 36 sqm, with modern furnishings from 2019 with large terrace, 100 meters from the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with a sofa bed, toilet with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning. Bedroom with a bed 140cm. In the middle of the nature, in a forest full of mushrooms and berries. The lake is perfect for long-distance skating in winter. Possibility to loan a boat or raft in the summer, and a wood-fired hot tub in winter time. Wifi. TV. Barbecue.

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Här bor ni enkelt men sagolikt. Stugan är offgrid men med praktiska lösningar för en bekväm vistelse. Turistattraktioner som Göta kanal, Nordens största insjöbad och Bergs slussar ligger nära. Borensberg (5 min med bil, 10 min med cykel) erbjuder badplatser, minigolfbanor, caféer, restauranger, matbutiker, inredningsbutiker, bra kommunala färdmedel och apotek. Vid er ankomst välkomnar vi er och går igenom allt praktiskt som medför ett offgridboende. Välkomna!

A cottage in the middle of the forest near Högsjö

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
