Krister and his partner were great always open to talk about things. The location is perfect, regular busses and trains nearby to explore Stockholm and surrounds. We took Krister's advice and had dinner at the local restaurant, great food and service. For nature lovers like us, we loved the nearby forest nature reserves. One afternoon sitting on the patio outside there was a Roe deer lying down in the garden just meters away which made our afternoon the best, imagine that just 20 minutes by public transport from Stockholm, Sweden's capital. Great place to stay. Sorry Krister, we forgot to write in your guestbook.

All good, train station close to the house. Kayak included really a plus.

The hosts, Björn and Annika, connected Netflix to the TV before we arrived - but we never turned on the TV in the 7 days we lived in the house. This is, in general, a brief review - everything was so rich and interesting. If you want more details. The house has a good location if you're traveling by car. You can quickly get to the train station (5 minutes), to the metro station (15 minutes), to the center of Stockholm (30-35 minutes). You can use the boat and fishing rods. Deer, hares, and geese wander into the territory. The toilet, shower and sauna are in a separate house, but we adapted very quickly. The whole family was sad when we left. Thank you very much to Sweden, Björn and Annika, and the loving corgi Luna!

We were passing through on our way north and were very happy with the apartment. We couldn't say exactly when we would arrive, but that was no problem at all. The check-in was very flexible. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean. Thank you very much! ☺️

A beautiful accommodation! The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, fresh flowers were everywhere and the whole apartment is simply cozy. The accommodation contains everything you need, the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Everything was very clean. Erik & Frida have created a very helpful Google Maps list with things to do in the area. One day, they even lent us bicycles. You have to walk 10 minutes to the bus stop, then you are in Stockholm in 20 minutes and can also easily get to many other places in the archipelago. But we were also able to survive the bad weather in this cozy accommodation. The property is highly recommended.

Cozy little cottage with the amenities you need. Comfortable beds. Quiet and peaceful. Nice view. Nice bathroom. Nice walk to downtown. Nice and accommodating hosts.

I enjoyed staying at Anna's guest house for a short time. It's located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood, which is so nice if you like quiet and privacy! 🥰 It's just a short walk to the store - 10 min or less - and not a long walk to the bus either! It is very clean and comfortable, and even has a washing machine, which is great if you don't pack too many clothes, like I usually do when traveling. I recommend staying here if you like to come home to calm when you travel!

The garden in which the cottage is located is beautiful. From the cottage, it is a few minutes' walk to the water, nature or shopping. At the bus stop, buses run every minute to the city or out to the Schärengarten. The mix - quiet and yet close to the city - is a real advantage. The cottage has everything you need. Even if you arrive by public transport, you can do without large luggage. The host family is very nice and generous.

This cottage was very nice, and the surrounding area was absolutely beautiful. It felt like there were benches facing every direction (good for catching the sun ☀️). We especially loved having bikes available to explore the area – it was a fantastic way to see everything. Highly recommend!

Lars is a great and helpful host. We felt really comfortable in the cozy accommodation. Compact and everything you need is available. Quiet and good location, a short distance away there is also a beautiful lake. Stockholm is easily accessible by public transport from Krönet (Huddinge) - Stockholm city. Please note Krönet is located twice near Stockholm, best to use SL app.

It was an unforgettable experience and Katja is an amazing host! She reached out multiple times to see if I needed anything and gave me great recommendations for the area. Can recommend without any hesitation!

A cozy summer house in the middle of nature – quiet, peaceful and with birdsong in the background. Perfect for relaxation! Extra plus for bed linen and towels included, and that there was both sauna and barbecue accessories. Comfortable beds and cozy environment. Highly recommended!

This cottage in the Stockholm archipelago was an absolute godsend for me! It is located near the bus stop and is therefore very easy to reach by public transport. The location in the countryside is simply fantastic and you have many opportunities to do something in the nature or just sit on the terrace and enjoy the garden. The accommodation is small but incredibly well equipped (even a dishwasher) and very comfortable. In the bed I slept like on clouds for a month. Christina was very friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. If I come back to the area, I would rent the cottage again.

Lena's place is relaxing as it has a beautiful garden 🪴 surrounding it! Lean is super kind and friendly, as is her entire family! There are beautiful forests nearby you can walk in with wildlife and flowers (if you come in spring and summer). There is a grocery store within a 10 min walk, as well as a bus stop near the store, where you can ride to the train that takes you into the city. I recommend this place if you prefer coming home to calm & nature after your days out! 🥰

We were looking for a peaceful, tranquil location just outside Stockholm - and that’s exactly what we got. Perfect. The cabin is lovely - everything as described and kitted out in the customary Swedish style, quality and elegance. As they used to say down the east end of London: all good; nothing bad! .

We had a super pleasant stay close to the beach. The cottage was very nice with a close walking distance to the beach. It was also very cozy and private. The area was beautiful. Linnea was a great host too- kind, helpful and available. I will definitely rent this one again!

My first stay in an Airbnb and I was so impressed. The place was spotless and the instructions were really clear. It looks even better than the photos. Felt very at home and hope to return next year.

Nice guesthouse in very nice surroundings!

We slept in Christer's AirBnB for 2 nights. The place was great. We were also able to park in front of the house. You could get to the city centre in 10 minutes by bus. The old town was great to visit on foot. We had a great time in Stockholm and would love to come back!

Great, small, very clean cottage. All in top condition. Quiet, wonderful area. Just right for 2 people. Good bed and nice furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for breakfast. Communication with Kalle was easy, the necessary information came in time. Clear recommendation from my wife and me. We'd love to come back here if we're in the area again.

William and Sannah are wonderful, friendly, and helpful hosts, we wholeheartedly recommend a stay with them in their lovely appartment! We felt at home right away. Thanks to a good wifi-connection I was able to work, while the kids went running, fishing etc An ICA Supermarket is close by on Resarø, more supermarkets, Cafés, restaurants Are also close in Vaxholm. We enjoyed being Williams and Sannahs guests and would love to return one day to explore the area and possibilities further 🙂

Little bit far away from the Stockholm city area but it’s a good place to escape from the busy. Chill and cozy vibre. Good place to go if you need some peace. But the host should be friendly remind that there’s limited supply of hot water.
