Fully equipped, it accommodates 2 guests. After climbing to the second floor by a monumental staircase, it will be time to rest your tired legs from your multiple expeditions. With a view of the majestic Abbey of Saint Ouen, you can find the tranquility of a benefactor's nest offering you all the comforts of a 32 m2 apartment, refurbished, and fully equipped. The accommodation is entirely for our guests. Christine or Dominique will be there to welcome you in a warm and relaxed way. This will allow you to feel comfortable and serene, after sometimes long hours of travel. If you wish, we can give you the right addresses as well as the various sites to visit. So you'll be ready to take on the city. Nestled in the heart of old Rouen with its medieval streets and houses that defy the laws of balance, the apartment will allow you to enjoy the many good restaurants, bistros and cozy shops located nearby. The journey between Rouen Rive Droite train station and the apartment takes about ten minutes on foot. If you arrive by car you can park your vehicle, at the parking lot of the Hôtel de Ville a few meters from the apartment by exiting at "Pedestrian walkways" (It costs 15 Euros per 24 hours). Another parking lot about 8/9 minutes away also exists for the same rate: Palais de Justice ("Cathédrale" pedestrian exit). This parking lot is much cleaner, larger, and the spaces are more spacious. Otherwise, parking can be done on the street, with limited time and parking meters. Street parking is free from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. as well as on Sundays and public holidays. At the bottom of the building, bikes are available for rent. Finally, public transportation by bus is minutes away. Subject to letting us know in advance, check-in can be done 24/7 at no extra cost

BREAKFAST INCLUDED. NO CLEANING FEE🧹! My home is bright, spacious (65 m2) and QUIET (in a backyard). Quality bedding 🛌 Perfectly located in the heart of the pedestrian tourist center, close to bars 🍷 and restaurants 🍽️ as well as all the sights and amenities of Rouen: Train station 🚉 within a 10-minute walk, Cathedral and Rue du Gros Horloge 300 meters away. The apartment, with exposed beams, is carefully decorated! It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access

Very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard. Parking is possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs under the eaves.
