Beachfront holiday rental in Bonifacio

A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay at Villa Lily Bay We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lily Bay in Marina de Santa Giulia. The villa is beautifully renovated, stylishly decorated, and offers beautiful views of the bay and surrounding mountains. The location is perfect—walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and shared pool (though now closed for winter maintenance), making it easy to unwind in the serene scenery. There is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Porto-Vecchio as well as only 30 minute drive to Bonifacio, which is absolutely worth the visit. For hikers I recommend checking out Cascade de Piscia di Ghjaddu within 1 hour drive. The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, providing a great balance of modern amenities and natural beauty. Entrance is via winding stairs, just a note for people with mobility issues. Overall, a fantastic experience with Eric, and we would love to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Corsica.

We loved the tranquility of the space, the owners were always kind and ready to help. The house is decorated in the neo-classic style, with parking and is in excellent condition, extremely clean and equipped with everything. Close to the house, two very beautiful beaches. The view is unobstructed, and at night you can usually observe the solar system. For a first visit to Corsica it is a good place to stay. The only problem, which we encountered but which has nothing to do with the rental, is the mosquitoes outside (perhaps it was a seasonal situation, but it is a bit annoying).

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Great! Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short because I fell ill with a severe flu/pneumonia! Franck is simply a friendly person who was available at any time! I was so unwell that he had his mobile phone on all night so that he could send an ambulance to me in an emergency! I couldn't have been more grateful! He inquired about my condition, even when we were back in Germany, he would have even paid us back rent, which would not have been necessary at all! We are infinitely grateful for his dedication and hospitality! The house is well equipped and was very clean! We felt comfortable and I spent many days in it because of my illness! I hope we can come back sometime, but then we will rent the villa with pool opposite Franck ;) THANK YOU from the heart Franck 🤍 Best regards from Germany!

sometimes the word atypical describes unsuitable housing. This is not the case here, we had a great time in this house integrated into the maquis. Photos of this listing match reality in every way. The beach is easily accessible on foot, and the towns of southern Corsica by car. It was a pleasure preparing meals in the open kitchen. Recommended

Very nice place. The accommodation is typical with its stones. The amenities are perfect. It may be missing a few dishes which would allow you to use the dishwasher less often. But the site is beautiful!

Beautiful garden, very romantic with a beautiful sunset and the lights of Porto Vecchio in the evening! With your feet in the water, a charcoal grill allows you to cook your dinner like Robinson Crusoe sheltered under the trees, in short, a real delight!!! The canoes ready right next door allow you to make beautiful discoveries in the bay. Inside, all the necessary comfort and even the view of the bay from the kitchen or bathroom! Very friendly welcome and possibility to bring big suitcases in a cart in front of the door from the parking lot, worthy of an arrival in a lodge in Kenya :-) A true haven of peace with some whistling of exotic birds that I will let you come and discover for yourself ;-)

We stayed a week with 8 adults and 5 children in this fantastic house. We have all traveled a lot and have rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the nicest place we've ever had. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. The location right on the beach is simply incredible - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and were also able to play wonderfully in the large garden. Host Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee maker is broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were there with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

this accommodation is a gem!!!! from waking up until sunset, a 180° view on one side, view of the mountain, on the other side, view of the sea! this setting directly calmed us, laid us down... The villa is in an impeccable state!!!! we will be happy to come back.... what can I say about Cathy..... apart from the fact that she was available at all times to advise us on outings as well as delicious restaurants..... beaches, activities, shops (cathy and her husband have 2 shops where you can also find gems), restaurants nearby.... in short, the ideal place to spend an idyllic holiday thanks again!!!!

Perfectly located accommodation: quiet, close to Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio. Cozy home perfect for couple. Very well equipped. Marie and Philippe are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a lot of information about activities, hikes and restaurants in the area. A place I highly recommend!

We had an excellent week in this little paradise. Marie Dominique and Regis' house is functional, very well equipped and what about the beautiful terrace overlooking the Bay of Santa Julia. We were greeted by Laure, very smiling, professional and available. All the tips and tricks of Marie Dominique and Regis were very valuable to us to enhance our stay. We highly recommend this place and this beautiful home We'll be happy to go back.

A house with a breathtaking view. Whether the weather is nice or not, the house is ideal with a feeling of being outside even when we are inside. The terraces and the infinity pool offer a perfect view and relaxation at all times of the day. Proximity to the beach allows each family member to be at their own pace. Emmanuel is a lovely and interesting host. It's great for a great vacation! We would highly recommend it!

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

Laurie's cottage is absolutely charming! I highly recommend staying here! She was a wonderful hostess!

Let me tell you, this is a rare find. It is better than the photos show, although the photos are striking! Not only the views are immaculate, but there is this perfect serenity, only the birds singing and insects chirping. And all the scents of the hundreds of plants. The place is super clean and private, you can be naked there and no one will see you. The kitchen and the house has everything you might need. The kitchen is equipped very well. I especially loved Illy coffee machine (Conrad provided the capsules for our convenience). The shared pool we always used alone and actually never saw any other guests at all. The wonderful Polumbaggia beach is very close, but it is safer to drive there. Conrad was always very responsive and gave us lots of information. We were staying with kids and found eating out quite expensive everywhere. But Conrad recommended L'Ondella, which we really loved and the prices were good. In any case we will surely return, this is a perfect holiday spot.

Celine and Christophe are very responsive and caring hosts. The accommodation was perfectly as described, very well-equipped in a very recent residence with beautiful infinity pool and optimal concierge service. The apartment is conveniently located, close to Figari airport, as well as Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio and many hikes and sites to discover We had a great time there. Thanks again!

We spent a very nice holiday at Virginie's! We were there with our electric car and were even able to charge it at her place. There is also a quick charging station at the Super U. The beach of Pinarellu is within walking distance with some nice beach restaurants. Clear recommendation!

Jonathan came with good recommendations for both restaurant visits and hikes and was very quick to respond to emails. The apartment is superbly furnished and perfect for a couple. We enjoyed eating meals on the small balcony overlooking the park-like garden. 5 stars from here 🤩 Certainly a place we would recommend to others - and not least return to if we visit that part of Corsica again.
