It is a guesthouse in a cottage located in a quiet rural village within a 15-minute drive to Gangneung Sea. The building is connected, but it consists of a separate entrance, toilet, and self-catering facility, so you can have an independent stay (Netflix is available). Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area, so you can also have a barbecue experience with the electric grill (no charcoal/bonfire due to the risk of wildfires). If you come with children, you can also experience the season with owners such as the rural grandmother and grandpa. It is not spacious, so we recommend up to 2 adults and 2 children. If you are more than 3 adults, it is narrow. We will also prepare breakfast for those who apply for a home cooked meal such as mom's rice (excluding charges). On the way to see the Gangneung Sea, enjoy the countryside and warm heart together.

It is 5 minutes by car from Bukgangneung IC, 4 minutes from Sacheon Sea, 7 minutes from Gyeongpo Lake, 10 minutes from Jumunjin, and 3 minutes from Hanaro Mart. It is right nearby Kim Dongmyeong Literary Museum and Sacheon Hanwawa Village.

The location is 201, 2nd floor, Mayaram Building, 88, Nabi Huri-gil. It is opposite Park Kyung-ri Literary Park. There is a children's bunk bed in the room. Please note that it is difficult for adults to sleep. There is a partition, so the view is blocked from the parents' bed. And there's a slightly wider wooden bunk bed in the living room, so it's a great place to stay for up to four adults. There is a set of floor blankets on the futon, so one adult can sleep comfortably. TV, oven, microwave, gas stove, tableware, seasonings, coffee pot, towel, shampoo, body wash, cleansing foam, treatment, and 186 books of various kinds are all available. It can be said to be the best accommodation for short-term business trips and travel.

We only accept reservations for up to 6 people. This place is a 10-minute walk from the Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm, and in front of the pension, there is the National Forest of Korea, the best trekking course in Korea. In winter, it snows a lot, so you can see the wonderful snowy scenery. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to Yongpyeong Ski Resort. There is a Hoenggye Hanaro Mart 7 minutes away by car from the pension, and a convenience store 3 minutes away by car. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Gangneung. Take a break with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

It is home to Alpensia and Yongpyong Resort that serve as the stage of Snow Festival. My house was the official lodging of the organizing committee of the Olympic Games in Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics. They loved our accommodation very much.
