A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Silvana's place is just stunning! We stayed here last night after a trip to the Peninsula hot springs. It was a girls weekend away and there were 8 of us. We loved staying at the property. The house is big but really well maintained! There's easy access to shops and cafés. We really had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Silvana's place that want to come back for another stay!

A rare find with both fireplace and outdoor fire pit, cosy vibes and generous kitchen. Close to shops and great base for the Mornington beaches!

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

I really like the property as it has lot of things to do inside only. Close to nature and having all amenities is the best combo for holiday staycation and this one is the perfect one.

A huge thank you to the host, who was incredibly welcoming and highly responsive throughout our stay. We had a seamless experience from start to finish. This property is truly worth every cent and is a must-book for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
