Holiday rentals with a patio in Bondi

Lovely stay in Bondi. Lots of local restaurants around and the beach is right at your door step. Joseph was really helpful and always responded to my queries. Thank you for having me.

My husband and I loved our stay at Jo and Graham’s Bondi apartment. The unit is extremely modern, clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and loved the natural light and balcony for our mid afternoon siestas while we adjusted to the time zone. Jo was extremely communicative and an absolutely wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The unit is a short 15 min walk downhill to the beach — we ended up walking Sydney quite a bit and had a great stay. It’s also a close ~10 min drive to great restaraunt in Surry Hills, Paddington etc. If you want to be tucked away from the high traffic crowds of Bondi but still have easy walking / driving access — this apartment couldn’t be better!

Joe's place was extremely comfortable, clean, tidy, conveniently located and perfect for any individual or couple staying in Sydney short-term. Joe's unit is within walking distance to cafes, shops, pubs and only a 10-minute walk to Kings Cross. The Sydney CBD is also within walking distance, as are Museums, Hyde Park, the Domain and other great local places of interest. A bus stop is conveniently located at the end of Joe's Street and basic essentials are provided by Joe. We definitely plan to stay at Joe's unit again and thank Joe for his incredible hospitality and communication. We highly recommend Joe's unit to others visiting Sydney.

The place was perfect for our family of five. With two adults and three kids, the space offered just the right amount of comfort. We were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor area, which the kids absolutely loved. The unit was equipped with everything we needed, and the location couldn't have been better. We could easily walk to the beach, bus station, and nearby restaurants in Bondi. It was peaceful and quiet, too. Our host, Veronica, was helpful and responsive to all our messages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Amazing apartment! The interior is designed so perfectly, the patio is gorgeous, and it is a spacious apartment with everything you may need. The location is right across from the beach and close to the bus stop as well. Great stay 10/10 recommend

We had an amazing stay at LivedIn Coogee. It was a beautifully decorated listing where we felt right at home! It had more than space for two and the king size bed and linen was incredibly comfy. Vanessa was extremely responsive, helpful and hospitable throughout the entire stay. We had a later return flight and she was understanding with accommodating a later checkout and allowed us to store our bags there until we had to take off. Highly recommend the area, it is off a main street and easy to drive/uber to nearby beaches (not very walkable as hilly).

The view from Alisa’s apartment is just amazing in the photos but even better in real life!! Our two night stay during Vivid made it all the more special. Watching the lights from the living room was just mesmerising. Lovely local restaurants and a 5 min walk to the train made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean and well-organised for large groups. Martina and Tammy are responsive, the communication was great. The house itself is phenomenal! It's the perfect place to stay on beautiful Bondi beach. The apartment is nicely furnished, it has a great happy vibe, a lovely balcony with a bbq. The kitchen has all one needs. Perfect access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This apartment, remarkably located, has all the necessary amenities for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

We loved Guillaume's place in Bondi! It was perfect for our family's needs, very quaint and charming. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids). We absolutely loved the location of this Airbnb. We walked every single day to a cafe, restaurant, shop, the beach... We were out and about the entire time on foot while in Bondi. It was perfect and we miss it so much already. The hosts were very responsive and that's something I appreciate so much when using Airbnb. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed which was an added plus bc not every Airbnb is well stocked. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again. Had a fabulous stay & highly recommend! Amelia was very responsive & made the whole check-in & check-out process as smooth as possible (even gave us early check-in and late check-out). She provided a detailed house guide that included key instructions, helpful tips, & amazing restaurant recs. The house itself was as described though I would say it’s definitely more dated than it appears. The location is perfect! Amelia provided above & beyond amenities/extras (OJ, milk, champagne, coffee, sunscreen, beach chairs, laundry & dish detergent, and so much more that I’ve never gotten before). The one thing I’d call out is the house is not air conditioned - it’s noted in the listing (albeit at the bottom), but I missed it & was surprised. That said, with all of the fans, we were able to cool the bedrooms down at night to sleep fine, though adding window AC units would go a long way in keeping it cooler during the day and better for sleeping during peak summer. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Great location for exhibiting or visiting a trade show at Olympic park. Comfy beds, easy access, good instructions and more than one towel. Shower could do with a door as water gets all over the floor, but otherwise great. Thank you!
