In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. Our cozy and private apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bus stop with connections to the ski slopes of Flims/Laax in one direction and to Chur in the other direction is only a 2 to 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and cozily furnished, with lots of wood, large windows and natural materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!
