Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Guesthouse Gigli: L‘ alloggio, ca 51 mq, si trova al terzo piano con ascensore in un condominio in zona tranquilla ad Aslago. Dispone di camera doppia, soggiorno con divano letto (entrambi con capotto interno), bagno, cucina abitabile, 2 balconi, garage (solo macchine piccole). Riscaldamento centralizzato. Neonati, bambini e animali sono benvenuti. Check-in ore 17:00-20.00 (flessibile su richiesta, supplemento per late check-in ). Vietato fumare in casa.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

Apartment with terrace on farm in Merano

At the foot of Tyrol Castle, just outside Merano, our farm is surrounded by its own vineyards. In a very short time, the Tappeinerweg, the Waalweg, but also the old town of Merano can be reached. The farm appears to have been mentioned in a document for the first time in 1323. A mighty round arch vault and iron doors still bear witness to the time.
