Here you will find a private jetty, a small beach for swimming and good opportunities for outdoor cooking. Rowboat/outboard motor is available to use and a private parking is right next to the house. There is no running water. We fill up water before check-in and it can be easily picked up at a nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.

Lingbo erbjuder naturnära boende med goda pendlingsmöjligheter via tåg till bland annat Gävle, Uppsala och Stockholm. Norrut går tåget till Bollnäs och Ljusdal. Det är en aktiv bygd med lokal matbutik, föreningsliv, jakt/fiske och planer på en stor datacenteretablering. Huset ligger cirka en kvarts promenad från tågstationen med ett bra läge mitt i byn.
