The house is quite new, spacious and comfortable to rest and share. Excellent host.

We had to spontaneously book a night and Ricardo's place allowed us to check in independently at 3 o'clock at night. In addition, the property is close to the bus terminal. That was perfect!! In addition, the accommodation was also well equipped, even with a hair dryer! Everything very new and very clean! We loved it!

I've been hitting Airbnb's in Bolivia and especially in Cochabamba for five years now. I'm not afraid to say that Natalia's and her lovely family's "duplex" house is the best place I've been so far. Big, double floor, clean, comfortable, well equipped. I felt at home. Indeed, I extended my stay of a week. Although a bit dark in the afternoon, I used the dining room to work in the afternoon and the comfy living room to relax in the evening. Communication with Natalia was fast and stable. She also helped out with a couple requested I made. The location is unbeatable. I hope I'll find this Airbnb available next time I come around Cocha!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and in a great location. Communication was very smooth and Yamil and Antonio were incredibly kind and super helpful throughout our visit. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Definitely a modern apartment, in a quiet area and with the amenities I was looking for! It is in an area with beautiful views, especially of the Christ of Concord, a supermarket on the same block and for those who like to walk, it is not far from the city center. I felt like I was in my own apartment, a comfortable experience in a beautiful city
